Shipping Policy – Fast, Reliable NZ Delivery

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard delivery (urban): $10
  • Rural & Waiheke Island delivery: $13
  • Free shipping for urban addresses on orders over $150
  • A $5 rural/Waiheke surcharge applies on orders over $150 delivered to rural or Waiheke Island addresses

Shipping costs are automatically added / calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We use Courier Post for all deliveries, and tracking numbers are provided once your order has been dispatched. We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days from the time we receive your order.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses.
