Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided it is unopened and in original condition. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We do not ship internationally. Free NZ shipping for orders over $150. Standard $10, Rural $15, Waiheke $15. For more details, visit our Shipping Policy.
