A double-blind randomised placebo controlled trial found that when supplemented once a day for 3 weeks prior, the combination of probiotic strains found in Biome RecoveryTM helped to reduce the negative effect of exercise-induced muscle damage on subsequent sports performance, improved range of motion following muscle-damaging exercises, and lowered levels of the proinflammatory cytokine interleukin-6 at baseline and up to 48 hours post-exercise.

Directions of use:
Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 capsule daily (with or without food), or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
