Directions

Adults: Take two capsules twice daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Usage Notes

Some individuals may experience temporary digestive discomfort when first consuming foods or supplements made from broccoli sprouts. These may include mild bloating, nausea, or loose bowel motions. Such effects are generally short-lived and often relate to individual digestive sensitivity.

For those new to broccoli sprout–based products, it may be helpful to begin with a lower dose and gradually increase over time. This allows the body to adapt comfortably.

Guidance for Gradual Introduction

1. Begin with a very small amount, such as a partial capsule or minimal powder quantity, to assess tolerance.
2. Increase the dose gradually over several days as comfort allows.
3. If mild digestive symptoms occur, reduce the dose temporarily and reintroduce more slowly.
4. Most individuals find they can reach the recommended amount within two weeks.
