Each 5ml dose contains: Menthol 8.15 mg, Licorice Root 2.96 mg, essential oils of Lemon, Lime, Clove Bud, Pine Bark, Cedarwood, Eucalyptus and Peppermint 0.0017ml each, Iodine 0.19 mcg.
In a base of Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water.
Directions:
Adults over 12 years: take 5-10 mls three to four times daily.
Shake well before use. Swill in mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible.
Children 12 years and under may take Harker Herbals Children’s Chest Soothe Day and/or Night
Shake the bottle well before each use. To help your body adjust, start with ¼ to ½ of the suggested dose for the first 2 to 3 days. If you are taking prescribed medication, please consult your healthcare professional before use. Avoid coffee or tea for 15 minutes before and after each dose.
