WILD CHERRY
extract equivalent to dry bark 264mg
MARSHMALLOW
extract equivalent to dry root 952mg
LICORICE
extract equivalent to dry root 285.6mg
RIBWORT
extract equivalent to dry leaf 636mg
In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.
Directions:
Take the recommended dose by age group: (over 12 years)
To support rest at night: Take 5mls before bed plus 5mls as needed through the night up to a maximum of 20mls.
Shake the bottle well before each use. To help your body adjust, start with ¼ to ½ of the suggested dose for the first 2 to 3 days. If you are taking prescribed medication, please consult your healthcare professional before use. Avoid coffee or tea for 15 minutes before and after each dose.
