Each 5ml dose contains:
ECHINACEA
extract equivalent to dry root 897mg
ELDERFLOWER
extract equivalent to dry flowers 969mg
RIBWORT
extract equivalent to dry leaf 705mg
PELARGONIUM
extract equivalent to dry root 219mg
In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.

Directions:
Take the recommended dose by age group:
Infants 0-1 years: 0.5ml
Children 1-2 years: 1 to 2ml ( 1/4 metric teaspoon)
Children 2-5 years: 2 to 3ml ( 1/2 metric teaspoon)
Children 5 years and over: 5ml (1 metric teaspoon)
To support blocked noses and heavy sinuses, take recommended dose by age group up to 3 times per day.
To support sinuses discharging mucus, take recommended dose up to 5 times per day.
Regular dosing is key - aim for at least three times a day and include more fluids than normal in your little one's intake.
Your child may lack energy as the body struggles to move oxygen through blocked sinuses. Alternate lots of rest time with light activity and fresh air.
If night time sleep is difficult with blocked noses, try adding a extra pillow and dose with Calm & Sleep.
