Ingredients:
Each 5ml dose contains: Menthol 8.21 mg, Licorice Root 5.22 mg, essential oils of Rosemary, Lemon, Lime, Clove Bud, Pine Bark, Cedarwood, Eucalyptus and Peppermint 0.0017 ml each, Iodine 0.22 mcg.
In a base of Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water.Please refer to the product packaging for the complete list of ingredients and additional important information.
Directions:
Adults over 12 years: take 5-10 mls three to four times daily.
Shake well before use. Swill in mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible.
Children 12 years and under may take Harker Herbals Children’s Ear, Nose & Throat.
While you can mix this into a drink, for best results and to get that hit of menthol, we recommend taking this tonic straight.
Ear, Nose & Throat makes an excellent throat gargle for dry scratchy throats. Try gargling 10ml in a shot of warm water. For very raw throats, we recommend following with our Throat Spray.
This is an original Malcolm Harker tonic. Malcolm recommended: taking this tonic straight, or added to 50ml of boiled water as a tea avoiding mucus forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, dairy, polyunsaturated oils and regular table salt adopting gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil and Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with Kelp
With all his tonics, Malcolm also recommended using Intestinal Cleanse for 1-2 weeks to reduce parasite populations. By reducing the load on the body of parasites, the body is able to use nutrients from food and the active ingredients in his tonics more efficiently.
Shake the bottle well before each use. To help your body adjust, start with ¼ to ½ of the suggested dose for the first 2 to 3 days. If you are taking prescribed medication, please consult your healthcare professional before use. Avoid coffee or tea for 15 minutes before and after each dose.
