Directions:

Adults over 12 years: 5-10mls, 3 to 4 times daily.
Children: Take ½ the adult dose, as advised by your healthcare professional.

To help your body adjust, start with a reduced amount:

• Day 1: ¼ of the usual dose
  
• Day 2: ½ of the usual dose
  
• Day 3: Increase to the full recommended dose
  
  Swill the liquid around the mouth briefly before swallowing if comfortable.
  
• Shake the bottle well (5–6 times, upside down) before each use to remix contents.
  
• Take the tonic at least 30 minutes before or after coffee or tea.
  
• Preconception: While trying to conceive, use ¼ to ½ of the usual dose.
  
• Pregnancy: Use ¼ to ½ of the usual adult dose once daily up to 10 weeks only, and only under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
  
• Breastfeeding: ¼ to ½ dose, two to three times daily, may be used under professional supervision and may help support lactation.
  
• Surgery: While recovering from surgery, use ¼ of the usual dose two to three times daily. Stop taking the tonic one week before any planned surgery.
  
• Prescribed medicines: Check reliable drug–herb interaction resources or consult your healthcare professional before use. Take the tonic at least 30 minutes before prescribed medicines and reduce the tonic to ½ dose if you are on regular medication.
