Each capsule contains:

Berberine HCl (of which 50 mg is liposomal berberine HCl) 550 mg

Liposomal chromium equivalent to elemental chromium (with 23 mg phospholipids from the liposomal bilayer)25 μg

Other Ingredients: Brown rice flour, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a clear vegetable capsule.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1
capsule once or twice per day at the start of the largest meals of the day or as directed by your healthcare professional.
