Each capsule contains:

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (rhizome; BCM-95™ 25:1 extract standardised to contain 86% curcuminoids with Ar-Turmerone) Boswellia
serrata Roxb. ex Colebr. (boswellia) 250mg (resin; AKBAMAX™10:1 extract standardised to contain 45% boswellic acids of which 10% is AKBA) Ginger (Zingiber officinale) 100mg (rhizome; 8:1 extract standardised to contain 5% gingerol)
Brown rice flour
Magnesium stearate
Silicon dioxide
Clear vegetable (cellulose) capsule
Sugar free.

Directions

Adults 12 years and older: For the first week, take 2 to 4 capsules per day with food in divided doses. Thereafter, take 1 capsule twice daily with food as needed or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

If swallowing is not possible, the contents of the capsule may be mixed with some juice to make the taste more palatable.
