Shipping Policy – Fast, Reliable NZ Delivery

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free shipping is available within New Zealand for orders over $150.
For orders under $150, standard shipping is $10, rural delivery $15, and Waiheke Island delivery $15.

We use Courier Post for all deliveries, and tracking numbers are provided once your order has been dispatched. We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days from the time we receive your order.
