Directions

Recommended adult dose 

Take  recommended number of capsule(s), at least 30mins before food, in the morning on waking, as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Additional Usage Information

• Salvestrol capsules can be taken whole, or the capsule may be opened and the powder mixed with a small amount of food or drink. Please note the taste is naturally quite bitter.
  
• Salvestrols are generally taken on an empty stomach and spaced into two doses during the day, as directed by your healthcare practitioner or the product label.
  
• Some people choose to use a multivitamin and mineral supplement (for example those providing vitamin C, B vitamins, magnesium and iron) alongside Salvestrols to support their general nutrient intake. Always follow the advice of your healthcare professional.
  
• If you use CBD or THC oils, a common approach is to take Salvestrols earlier in the day and use oils later on, allowing some separation between them. Discuss timing with your practitioner if you are unsure.
  
• Gentle movement a few hours after taking Salvestrols – such as a comfortable walk or simple breathing exercises – can be a helpful general wellbeing practice for many people.
  
• Each capsule provides 2000 Salvestrol “points”, which is a standardised measure of the active Salvestrol content per capsule.
  
• Some people take vitamin C at a different time of day to support their usual antioxidant and metabolic processes. Speak with your healthcare practitioner about whether this is suitable for you and what dose, if any, may be appropriate.
  
• If you are undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy or taking prescription medicines, please talk to your specialist or healthcare practitioner before using Salvestrols.
  
• If you forget a dose, you can usually take it later in the day, following the guidance of your practitioner or the product label. Aim for a consistent daily routine that works for you.
